Whole Farm Planning is a valuable process for any farm but particularly for farms owned or operated by several parties with diverse interests.
Fraser Common Farms Cooperative
The Whole Farm Planning process is not just for new farms. Fraser Common Farm Cooperative (FCFC) first formed in 1977 but only recently began a Whole Farm Plan stimulated partly by the need to attract new members and financing to the organization. FCFC is focusing on land use planning and agreement creation. Some of their working documents are available here as a reference for other groups interested in the process.
